We work with you as mortgage broker to collect the relevant documents required to complete the loan application. We keep you fully informed on the progress of your loan application right through to settlement.

Sign Loan Documents

After your loan is approved the lender will send your loan contract documents to you to sign. These documents could be complicated to understand, we will arrange time to sign them and mail them back to the lender.

Settlement

We take care of the communication with all related parties to ensure a seamless and smooth settlement process. whilst being kept fully informed during each stage of the process.
